I wanna see you in the darkness when I close my eyes, 2026, art book (paper, book board, graphite, string, glue), dimensions closed, dimensions open.

An expansive concentration of light, traceable through the dark, across the figure, and into the dark again. The book is meant to be handled and experienced, played with and reimagined. Hardcover hinging techniques guard their limp accordion insides; solid black and white conceal a breath of loose pencil; translucency conceals a written message. All can be explored and transformed only by hands-on interaction, and will vary in interpretation and formation from person to person. At once box and book, it illustrates not only in picture, but in action, the individuality and sensitivity of the in-between.
